"You must understand the whole of life, not just
one little part of it. That is why you must read,
that is why you must look at the skies, that is
why you must sing, and dance, and write poems,
and suffer, and understand, for all that is life."

planned at the National Association for Former Foster Care Children of America (NAFFCCA),
due to emergency situations, our 2nd culinary arts series workshop was re-located to the

experience in the kitchen preparing nutritional soul food dishes.  The first dish was Sour Cream
Chicken prepared by Chef Esther.  Before starting, she led the students in a hand-washing
exercise to make them more aware of cleanliness in cooking.  The Sour Cream Chicken
